She's never directed before, so how do you know this? Besides - every one of those directors had to start somewhere. You don't gain experience magically out of thin air.... and she actually has a great creative mind, and the amibtion, that a director requires.
Let's wait until we actually see the video, before ripping it apart, and judging it like this.
