Its been 7 weeks inside the Top10 now...

and right now its the clear #2..... only after ET which is in another league ATM.

I say.... it can stay inside the Top10 for another 7-8 weeks. Coz even when the sales start to fall its airplay is still huge.... so... I can see it inside the Top10 for another 2 months.

Even more if she performs the song.

S&M is #1 in Germany without any promo this era and S&M video is banned in Germany too. She better get her ass over here, it's a big market and Loud isnt even doing bad... she could achieve a similar effect like in the UK....

there is no way to find out....

Irish certifications only get updated once per year at the end of each year.... we didnt even get the 2010 certifications... lol

but I dont think they are very far from that number....

Loud has had the best chart-run in Ireland (even better than the UK...) Its been 20 weeks now inside the Top8 albums.... 6xPlatinum = just 90.000 so I think its possible

rihanna has sold more singles and albums in the US and WW, that's what really matters at the end of the day. She decided to move fast with eras, Beyonce prefers to release more singles from 1 album and make many re-releases and milk them. It's a different strategy, but at the end of the day Rihanna has been more successful. Beyonce has the edge on tours and awards, but Rihanna has the edge on critical acclaim,

Also I think it is unfair for people to discount Beyonce's time with DC. They were a top selling group of which Beyonce was the lead singer and so it was certainly beneficial to her solo career because it was her launching pad. Had Beyonce started fresh with her career and been at this level in the game. Then there is the issue of Beyonce's shady father....let me stop.

Rihanna on the other hand came from absolutely nothing. So no matter how one looks at it Rihanna's achievements are more impressive on that basis alone.

There's no chance of #1 anymore, so that doesn't matter. #2 is great for a 3rd single. However, it would like to see it go triple platinum, so she can get 2 3 million-sellers from Loud at least. WMN? isn't going to make it.
