IMO her interviews in The Fame era were way more cold than now. She seems comfortable now talking about anything.

Gaga's pretenious attitude has been with her for a while. "Influencing the world....one sequin at a time" is a pretty heavy, and cocky thing to say for an artist who had the time was only known amongst the gays and internet forums. I was in love though. I like how she's always had this alien theme to her
