The second argument is the man saying how superficial her music is - that her talk doesn't match her music. It's all about "being rich, dancing, ****ing, and fame."
The irony - "I'll never write a Political album." "Born This Way," meanwhile, sounds to be a very political album.

Yeah, I thought that was funny :P But then again, we only know a few of the songs on the album's actual meanings/tones and while they are political, they're more of what she wants to be writing about which I love
As far as their comment about her being a "creation of the fame machine", I loved that about The Fame era Gaga. Her whole person was a parody of the women in pop culture, and what the typical celebrity is like. I also thought it was interesting in her interview that she pointed out that her writing is less from the submissive side of sex, drugs, etc. and more empowering, more dominant.
