Deemy, there are four judges - two men, two women. It makes perfect sense to have a newcomer like Nicki paired with a venerable stalwart like Shania.

It seems like every artist lately is "Joining" X Factor, i wish they would make their damn minds already and give cheryl the job. Sure she's not popular there yet but she would be a great judge and can sing way better than Nicki. Just give her the frickin job!!
