I like the beat of the song and I love how she sounds.
But I wish she'd delivered her message with a bit more lyrical elegance. I don't mean hiding behind metaphors - she could have kept the words "gay, straight, bi, transgendered" without having the overall song sound so simple and ham-fisted.
It's how I felt when I heard the chorus at the VMAs and it's still how I feel.
So at first everyone hated the idea b/c they thought it would bomb, but now that it's a hit, how do you feel about Gaga having released the most gay-friendly major pop song of all time?
I loved it at first, but now that its a biiiiiig hit, everyone loves it and frankly it's getting on my nerves, and I'm waiting for the album because I need some album tracks so not so many people will be obsessed with them.

Hahaa, that's how I felt when everyone was obsessing over Bad Romance when she performed on X Factor (Nov/Dec) and I had already moved onto DITD.

Turns out my most hated line... Dont Be A Drag, Just Be A Queen became my favourite after my listen.

I watched that Rebecca Black interview and nearly cried. I think a lot of joking went on on ATRL, but it was just joking. People were sending her death wishes, though, which is just abominable.

Well she's the one who's laughing now. 10+ million views, and it's #21 on US itunes. And the funny thing was, Justin Bieber got a similar response when he released 'One Time' ... and look at him now.

I actually felt really bad for even laughing at some things. She seems so sweet and kind and I was about to cry too. Hopefully some people will just wake up and stop doing such horrible things they've done and said about her.
