Well, Google controls a massive array of websites. While they could not distribute it on their homepage, which is nearly always static aside from the logo, they would probably distribute it as an embedded video for other websites to report on. Ultimately, they own YouTube, so I expect it to go on YouTube and then maybe they get some press on it. And if we're really lucky, they might put it on the homepage of YouTube since this kind of seems like a big deal and something that they've never done before.
I really like this, though. A lot a lot. I'm a tech industry person and Gaga has extended her hand into the tech industry like no artist I can think of. It started with her knowledge of how to use social media...she really was the first artist to explode onto the social media scene on several fronts. And then designing the Polaroid devices and presenting them at CES...and she constantly seems tech savvy. Only the queen.
