It's the Rebecca Black effect, She would debut atop the Pop chart but Mediabase decided to block it, that's also the reason why today's update was delayed, Mediabase was deciding whether count or not Rebecca's airplay...

When i listened to Femme Fatale first time, i couldn't remember to songs. Cuz they are really same. But Crimal is different i liked it. Also all of songs good. But they are not amazing. I think

Well, those updates are actually really good because it's the song's second week. "Born This Way" and "Hold It Against Me" both lost a lot of airplay during their second weeks. It's the rolling effect. It will start receiving normal updates next week.
