Femme Fatale didnt reach #1 on pre-orders. 
How can you compare either when Femme Fatale hasnt even been released?
Britney's only successful in USA this era. Avril had Japan, and minor success in the USA.
If Britney does good in the US, she could do bad everywhere else, and at least Avril had Japan.

USA, Japan, France, UK, Italy, China That seems like a lot of the major music markets. So yes, she has been all over the world considering shes been on 3 different continents, 6 different countries, and did it over 5 weeks

it hit N*2 in canada and she did not have a banner everywhere ( only in us and canada)
