To be honest, I don’t really care about charts when it comes to her anymore. "Hold It Against Me" is already one of her biggest hits and has helped her define her legacy even more. She’s enjoying the life, enjoying being a mother, she’s happy and she gives me music, which makes me happy. That’s all I’m here for.
I don't like the fact that she just releases singles, videos, and albums now and doesn’t promote, but after everything that happened, it was expected for her to be more guarded. Right now, there’s a big communication problem between Britney and the world. She doesn’t make appearances on big events or events at all anymore, she rarely does interviews, and she doesn’t perform on TV or awards shows. The general public has slightly lost their insert in her because they can only hear her on the radio or watch her videos on music channels, while the other girls are everywhere.
I cannot say I am satisfied with how they are handling this era, but I won’t judge anything until I see what they have planned. And just because it doesn't look like she'll promote doesn't mean she won't. Wait and see, then judge. It's typical for her team not to do any promo until closer to the album release date. They have been so secretive with everything this era; she could pop up everywhere a la Katy Perry tomorrow, for all we know. Don't give up.
I think Riri's Rated R didn't underperform because it had bigger first week sales that GGGB.....
But back to topic...I think it won't outsell Circus........it will be something between Blackout and Circus
I think it's gonna sell a bit less than Circus, but not less than Blackout. My estimate is about 3,500,000. Which is SO not a flop album.
Not too many people buy albums anymore. That's a fact. And she's been out a while, so that's another reason on top of that. She's on her 7th album, it's not gonna sell as much as her first two albums, we saw that with Britney. Artists usually sell more when they are new on the scene.

Duca, I see you're taking a mature approach about all that. In the end of the day it's music that is important for the fans. It's true it's always a bonus to see our fave break these records and slay. Britney already prove everything and more and I sincerely think that there's a possibility that she starts being more and more active promotion wise this era.

If this happens. It will flop big time
It's a fake account. They would not send the era to trash like that...
