Just because it doesn't follow the same path as Just Dance and Poker Face doesn't mean it can't sell over 4 million. It has every potential to. Didn't we all think the lyrics were a massive risk which may have caused the song to flop? Quite the opposite happened, no? The general public seems to like the song, it is already close to 2X Platinum. If her label pushes through and actually releases the charity version and its video, I can see it having major longevity.

Radio has not necessarily influence on digital downloads. (e.g. On The Floor) and the fact that Judas is still pretty far away only gives Born This Way more time to shine.

The hype for Born This Way was immense, but of course there is not so much hype for it anymore. It is already in its 5th week, what did you expect? Besides the charity version, there are still 2 events that might give the song a boost. Glee is set to cover it and rumour has she will perform it on Ellen.

the current top 5/10 of itunes is just too much for my soul...so many changes and shifts in positions...so many wigs snatched...most fun itunes has been in a while
