It will be her 5th #1 single, I think all of this was planned by Jive themselves, I've said it like 5 times, Jive knows the single will hold itself decently for this 3 weeks.
When the promo starts, TTWE will have big airplay (around 50M-60M let's say) and since its sales will only be "decent" it will boost digitally + airplay = more chances of a #1 single AND album at the same time.
That's how I see it, and it makes a lot of sense.
