AMMA doesn't climax like CKB does. To me, the bridge in California King is what pushes it over the edge in it's epicness.
From the instrumental build up at 2:08 to the emotional bridge at 2:31, the cracking and power in her voice to the 'hey hey hey' at 2:56 comprise the most epic 1 minute portion of a song I've ever heard since Whitney's "Aaaand I-i-i-i-i" part of I Will Always Love You.
Her best bet is to do CKB for the Spring. Raining Men probably won't impact big even on urban despite the nicki collaboration. Man Down is too risky and might not make a big enough impression to attract a mainstream audience. Skin would be great but I don't see it being a single ever. The only alternative would be cheers, but I'm hoping she saves that for the summer.
