Didn't I just praise Blackout? Are you actually reading my posts?

I am aware of that but as I said. I expect an artists creative input to increase as they move on in the business. It dissapoints me but it won't stop me from buying and enjoying the record.
Some people are acting like I'm hating on her. I'm not. I'm saying what a lot of people were thinking whether they want to admit it or not. I still love Britney.

That explains why you are responding with irrelevant stuff and making no real point

Sad, I wanted Britney to collaborate with interesting people, and she went and did a song with probably one of the most annoying "artists" ever - will.i.am, and a nobody.
Anyhow, can't wait for this album.

But maybe she's just not as confident in writing as other artists. Just like some artists don't play instruments, don't dance etc.
Although personally I think she's a great writer when she does it, most of my faves are the tracks she wrote/co-wrote.

Will.I.Am is everywhere atm, that collaboration is below Britney imo.
His sound has become generic and Britney normally has a fresh sound.
Hopefully it won't be a single and the song may well be really good. Just not the intro.

She is a fantastic writer and a fantastic producer. I wish she's do it. I have a feeling she just doesn't want to put in the kind of time it takes to do it.
I mean no shade here btw, she has 2 kids and is a busy woman. Her career is no longer first as it should be. But I'd rather she take 5 years and put in 100% than 2 years and put in 75%

I'd love to see Britney have some writing credits if only for the sake of being able to say she has some when people inevitably say that she wasn't involved in the creation of this album, but I won't be disappointed if she doesn't have any on this album because writing credits are largely overrated. There's nothing Britney could write that a Bonnie McKee or a Kara DioGuardi couldn't do just as well, if not better, even on so-called "personal" tracks. And that's a general rule of thumb that applies to almost every girl that's active in the industry right now. Very few of them are the skillful songwriters that we give them credit for being on ATRL, and I can guarantee that ALL of them get a considerable amount of help when penning profoundly insightful tracks (meaning, they come up with a phrase for the chorus and a Kara DioGuardi comes up with the rest but agrees not to take full credit).
And pop artists with production credits are even more of a sham than pop artists with writing credits. You can't tell me Beyonce, or Britney, or Gaga, or any of them know their way around Pro Tools, or can sit down and talk production technique with RedOne, Dr. Luke, or even Bangladesh (he's quite unskilled) for that matter. At the most they're offering vague input like "You should make those horns sound funkier," or "That beat should be louder." That's not co-production, at least not in the sense that anyone actually deserves a credit for it.

will.i.am is a dust-off, yes. But the "nobody" will be interesting. I know you've been campaigning for the Katy rumor, and sorry that's just not interesting at all.

I actually been interested in a collaboration between Britney and somebody interesting, not necessarily Katy. That would be fresh, cool, and would expose Brit to a larger audience.
