I thought the same thing the other day. It's only since mid-2009 or so when she started looking really rough. Even in 2007 when she was a mess she didn't look old.
I mean she has been looking rough for the past year but she didn't start looking REALLY rough until about August/September. And she was starting to get body back in September (as seen by the pictures of her in Hawaii) but now she is starting to let it go again... right before her album comes out...
If I wasn't under the restraints that I'm under right now, I'd feel so liberated. And when I tell them the way I feel it's like they hear me but they're really not listening. Even when you go to jail there's always that time that you know you're gonna get out, you know, but in this situation it's neverending. There's no excitement. there's no passion.

TMZ has obtained legal documents in the conservatorship case, showing that in December 2008, the assets controlled by Britney's conservators totaled $2,826,362.68.
Now get this ...TMZ has learned ... exactly one year later -- in December, 2009 -- the assets controlled by the conservators swelled to $27,500,000 ... almost a 10 fold increase in 1 year.
Most of the gains came from Britney's wildly successful Circus Tour.
As for the assets at the close of 2008, there's an interesting breakdown. Britney's "furniture and equipment" was valued at $1,551,026. Her jewelry, furs and antiques totaled $264,988.
Now the figures are deceiving. The conservators only control a portion of Britney's total estate. She has a lot of money and property in various trusts and other business entities, which the conservators do not control.
the performance is a month away, easy time to lose as massive amount of weight. Espically for britney who seems to fluctuate between dress sizes daily.
