The contestants have to endure more than 10 game rounds, each involving one or two sin/virtue. Basically you have to strategize and advance yourself to the top by passing all the tests for seven sins and seven virtues.

Last season example of Round 2: Patience. Everyone had to listen to two songs, either Halo or Disturbia and determine what word is being said at a particular time, which they are assigned to.
