Yeah, they're trying to promote by just hyping everything. But the majority of people don't know there are snippets, what the album title is, or who da fuq Billboard is anyway. Producers/titles don't excite the general public, and they probably don't even know about it.

The song is not dead. It's just coasting at the moment. Once Britney performs it, it will regain momentum again. I'm not worried, to be honest. She can do crazy promo one week before the release date, and it will shoot right back in the Top 5.

it happened with Womanizer. And as far as I'm concerned HIAM is superior to Womanizer in 99% of the aspects. So I'm not done losing my hopes, YET.
