According to your theory, "3" was an unpromoted flop that was top 10 almost everywhere and has sold over 3 million copies worldwide. Oh, and also debuted at #1 in the US and set a record.

And no, it wasn't ****ing dj's, we made the song popular so it would be played on radio! If you don't think so ask the Avril stans! WTH's having a very decent run on itunes but radio support? ZERO.
Now SIT DOWN and stop twisting my words

I'm about to be attacked for saying this.
I think the public has lost a considerable amount of interest in her. Which is understandable; she's spent 10+ years in an industry where a pop startlet can be popular one year & gone the next. She's lasted through all of these years, & it's generally agreed she peaked years ago. She is still successful, but I don't think her numbers are ever going to be truly amazing again. She has a stable enough fanbase where she can continue to support herself in the industry.
And I think if the rest of the singles perform like HIAM or less, Femme Fatale will have very frontloaded sales.
Don't kill me. I'm keeping it real.

Okay.
Britney is on vacation, let her do her thing for now. But when she returns from her vacation, this woman better be ours for the next 6 months.

NO.
Britney brings headlines. No one is tired of her, she just isn't fueling the media machine that led to her demise.

Duh. She just releases singles, videos, and albums now and she doesn’t promote. She doesn’t make appearances on big events or events at all, she doesn’t do interviews, and she doesn’t perform on TV. Of course, the general public has slightly lost their insert in her when they can only hear her on the radio or watch her videos on music channels. Other girls are EVERYWHERE.

If people were tired of Britney, she wouldn't have brought RECORD ratings to Glee and HIMYM.
If people were tired of Britney, she wouldn't have had 3 million viewers watch the HIAM video live on MTV last week.

.....If people were tired of Britney, half of these pressed ass stanbases wouldn't even pay us attention.
If people aren't PRESSED....then your favorite is a NOBODY. And in that case, Britney is more than somebody.

The media will always be crazy about her. I'm talking about normal everyday people, who can't completely control what the media is writing or saying. I think they have lost some interest in her.
Britney is a media icon, she'll always bring headlines because of her name.

If people were tired of Britney, her song wouldn't of been spun in the radio.
If people were tired of Britney, the paparazzi wouldn't have followed her to middle-of-nowhere Louisiana.

Blah. The sales for Circus compared to Blackout disagree. So do the numbers for The Circus Tour, and the 2,000,000+ "3" sold without an ounce of promotion outside the music video.
There's no doubt, interest has been lost. But that's with every artist, not just Britney Spears. It's ridiculous to jump the gun and basically say no one cares for her, due to "HIAM"'s so far decent performance following it's debut week. I feel it's more about exposure than anything. Sure, we can account the fact the single has millions of AI on radio. But so does a lot of songs that are selling significantly less than it right now. You just don't know what a little of promotion can do, and I will patiently wait for it.
And it's very doubtful the rest of this era's singles will perform like "HIAM".

If people were tired of Britney, she wouldn't have been a top trending search of both Yahoo! and Google over the past decade.....if people were tired of Britney, "Britney music video" wouldn't have trended on Friday.
