Why are some fans such ****s? Britney truly doesn't give a **** about chart performance, critics, none of that. She's said it before. She does music cause she wants to. She performs because she loves to. She isn't trying to get out and promote to get a #1 single. Those who only care about stats do so they can justify their life on this forum with stats against other fanbases. Grow up. When it comes time for her to promote/perform, she will.
