I hate how people are dissapointed in this video. First of all, watch it more than once. Second of all, understand the hidden message behind it. I posted what this video represents. It's her whole career. I think this is one of her best videos to date. Yes, it's badly edited, but beyond that, this is definetely one of her best videos. Just because Britney isn't making a sex-clubbing video with hardcore dancing doesn't mean it's bad. For once, Britney took part in making a video that acutally represents something instead of brainless sexual messages. I'm sorry but honestly this is one of her best videos to date. Almost better than Toxic, I must say. If you can't see the hidden message in this video, maybe you aren't a true fan because I stuck by Britney even through her meltdown and I love her to death. I'll never leave you Britney, I have always been at your side, being a true fan. ♥

I've seen the video like 10 times and I understand the concept of it now. It's basically ok. She comes to Earth like Medeorite. Basically saying how she rose to fame from just a tennesse southern girl. She uses make-up and perfume to help her career by looking good. She slowly rises up in fame, hence the Queen dress and her videos surrounding her. But there are "faceless" haters/demons (people who tried to bring her down) inside of her trying to bring her down, hence the dancers that were inside of her dress with no faces. She falls in love, hence the Plenty of Fish guy. She then releases paint from her fingertips and falls down destorying her whole career, i.e. videos, (which signifies her breakdown/meltdown) and then she fights a part within herself, hence how she fights herself. Then she gets reborn and her career is starting over. Hence how her eyes get diluted at the end and reawakens.
