Glee is actually good for Born This Way; itll bump some of BTW's competition out of the top 10 and give them less exposure. Glee seems to be a momentum killer for a lot of songs since it bumps them down a few slots.

Yeah, but it could also bump Gaga out of the top spot, and whenever that happens, the song always falls at least a few spots, and it could be replaced by S&M, the only other single, non-grammy/Glee song.

I doubt it will bump her from the Top Spot, even if they are covering Justin Bieber. Her lead is still very big. She would regain the #1 spot in a worst case scenario anyway. Her closest digital competition (INaD, FU, NSN, etc. - mostly all Grammy-involved). will be dying be Glee's weekly mass death pattern. NSN might increase more but I doubt it will do much.
Born This Way will at least stay #1 until Thursday
Look At Me Now is pretty stable in the Top 30, with some more promos, it can really climb up to Top 20 or even Top 10
The Glee songs this week are already about to dominate the chart again this week they are around the Top 100 now, I think their version of Baby will at least peak at Top 5 and Sing's will at least be in Top 15
As for the singles, it was actually in the later part of last week that Lady Gaga released her single “Born This Way.” The song shot straight to the top of the iTunes download charts. After their amazing Grammy Awards performance Dr. Dre’s “I Need a Doctor” featuring that haunting vocal hook from Skylar Grey jumped out of nowhere to the #2 spot and Justin Bieber’s “Never Say Never” moved all the way up to #3. Cee Lo Green got in on the fun and jumped up into the #4 spot with his hit “F**k You.” Rounding out the top five was Mumford & Sons. Their song “The Cave” pulled them from obscurity into the #5 spot. The rest of the top ten most downloaded songs on iTunes read like the performer and winner’s list from the Grammys. Katy Perry, Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Lady Antebellum are all there. The only non-Grammy performer in the top ten is Avril Lavigne.
