Colombian singer Shakira "Sale El Sol" Tour is selling like crazy. Recorded best-selling tickets for shows in Latin America, under the Personal Pop Festival, where she will present the songs from her latest album.
With just a few weeks for the tour, which begins March 1 in Argentina, Shakira managed to sell over 30,000 locations just for her performance in Buenos Aires (5), while in other countries the tickets are sold out completely, organizers said Wednesday from the music festival.
In Chile, where she will perform March 10 at the National Stadium, sold more than 25,000 locations as part of the Festival which will also have the presence of Ziggy Marley (son of Bob Marley) and the Argentinian Vicentico.
In Costa Rica, meanwhile, sold out in two days for the show on April 10 at the National Stadium, San Jose, while in Brazil, sold 50,000 tickets.
Shakira, who will tour hits such as "I'm here" and "Lucky", will start her tour in Argentina on 1 March in the northern city of Salta and two days later sing in Cordoba, then land on Buenos Aires for her March 5th concert.
The tour will continue in Punta del Este (6), Paraguay (8), Chile (10), Colombia (12) Brazil (15 Porto Alegre, 17 and 19 Brasilia Sao Paulo), Bolivia (21), Peru (25), Venezuela (27), Dominican Republic (30) and Mexico (April 2 in Mexico City, 5 and 7 Guadalajara Monterrey).
