That's why I was thinking it was over 400k. "Low" did get over 400k, but it wasn't its debut week. It was just Christmas week.

The whole " bigger fanbase" thing is faulty thinking when it comes to hit singles.

She was the first artist to sell 4 mill copies of a pop album since when?
She sold 1 mill with an EP.
Rihanna def has a smaller fan base then her. Madonna yes, and Alicia maybe.

You need to look for a better definition of fanbase. Fanbase is a group of people that loyally buys your product, not a group of people that buys the flavor of the month.
