I thought Britney was doing great, I mean, she's gaining OVER a mil daily In audience, and she's gaining over 100 spins on pop daily too, so I don't know what the problem is, besides pink is 3000 spins away, and enrique is like 1500, in my opinion, #1 is a lock. |

Nobody is saying that the song won't increase when the video is released, but it makes absolutely no sense for it to be falling as fast as it is when radio is eating it up.

Yeah, it's disturbing that it's out of the Top 20, but it's not like there aren't reasons for that - Glee, Superbowl and the fact that it sold 411k first week. Only a few people can claim such thing, and not everyone who requests songs on radio buy the song on-line. We've had several examples of enormous airplay hits that didn't sell 4 million digitally recently. 
And I'm not even using the 'no video or promo' card.

gerl, AFTER the rerun chapter people tune in 5 or 10 minutes before watching the new episode.
but afteer the new chapter ends, people will change the channel inmediately! so I think its better to premiere It before the new ep.

Thanks for an honest answer! The reason I'm bringing up Britney's position is because a lot of her stans were very obnoxious the week it went to #1, claiming she was going to dominate for weeks and as we all know that never happened. I think it will return to the top 5 when the video is released, but if she wants to break the 4 million mark this era then she needs to promote. I'm disappointed that the rumour of a Grammy performance turned out to be untrue.
I love the Rihanna shade.

Girl, your shade is the last thing on my mind. Others have been not so subtle with theirs and have been bashing HIAM's performance for the longest, since it dropped out the Top 10 to be accurate, and their posts will not forgotten. I got them in all due time!

I'm also disappointed the Grammy performance is not gonna happen - That certainly would make her dominate for weeks.  I'm also with you on the promotion being key more than ever. 
As for the so-called shade... I dunno what you're talking about.
