I remember hearing it on the radio the week TFM was released. I think by its adds date most stations were playing it already.

It was a great choice. Monster would've been boring right after BR, DITD would've been a risk after BR was already a risk initially, & SHICD sadly wasn't meant to be (the lyrics are too suggestive). I always had ideas for a SHICD video
