The following monday, her sales will be high but not as high as it would be if released on monday, haha. So Rihanna might have a chance to get in the Top 10 and go #1

Probably Summer 2012. If she goes out this Summer it would be too soon.

I think maybe even earlier since the contest starts Feb 14th. I dont think it would start that early for a June tour. I think May-July.
Ive seen Rihanna twice in the US.
Once on her GGGB tour, and once on her LGOE tour, at the legendary Madison Square Garden to a sold out crowd of 14,000 people.

A week ago she said she'd announce US & Brazil tour dates in two weeks, and then recently there was this tweet:

So she's def touring the states in 2011.
