In the top post when they use "lo que" that means "that which" or "what"...lo is like a direct object pronoun like īf I were to say "Ayer lo escribi" that would mean I wrote it... "lo" being a letter or whatever the subject is...and le is an indirect object pronoun so that would be like "Juan le compra un regalo" (a ella) Meaning she is the one who got the gift from Juan, a ella meaning who got it...I hope that didn't confuse you,....pero es dificil para explicar.
