I don't know lol that's just my opinion, like I said I like the songs, it's just becoming to formulaic for my tastes. You're right though, a lot of artists need it to make hits, but some need to just **** the system and get a little grimy lol

I think he and Eminem both know/knew what they were doing though. The Die hard fans bought Recovery and will buy Detox regardless of the single choice. Meanwhile, we have a mainstream audience that probably won't touch either album unless there is something for them...hence, the mainstream friendly singles (and collabo's with mainstream artists definitely don't hurt)
Long story short, the Dre song is hot and I can't wait for the album

But in the meantime, just check the world chart. Whos gaining 800,000-1,000,000 points/week.
Whos that chick ? Whos that chick?
Dont shade if you dont want anything back. Get ready for SM to join her list of 4 songs already in the top 40.

Lol.
Who had the biggest song of 2009? And another song in the year-end top 5 that year? And 3 more songs on top of that on the year-end chart? And the 2nd biggest album that year?
And who had the biggest album of 2010? And the only person with 3 songs in the year-end top 10?
Onana, what was her name?
I have plenty to give back. Anyway, I was just responding to your fellow TROLL stan.

SMH. Rihanna has been there done that. Stop acting like Gaga is God and the only one who can have success. Some stans keep targeting Britney, Rihanna and others. Focus on yours. You responding to someone who shaded is just putting fuel to the fire.
2007 - Umbrella was the biggest song.
2008 3 songs in the top 15
2011 Will be no different
GGGB being the biggest album that was released in 2007. Charting in top 50 in UK and other countries after 4 years. Not to mention 6 songs in the all time world chart.
Stop shading Rihanna. Enjoy Gaga's success and dont shade.

Hmm... the random Britney/Usher feud was much better than this Gaga/Rihanna mess.
Grenade fell to #3 now btw.

Are you blind or just bull-headed? I see you do this to other members all the time; it's time someone responded properly.
Did you not see that I was responding to a PRESSED, TROLLING Rihanna stan, like the kind that run rampant all over these threads? Was I even talking about Rihanna when he/she posted that video? And when did I shade her? You did the shading, when you said I "don't have anything to give back."
Were you not the one who started spitting out Rihanna's sales figures at me out of nowhere, asking who's that chick, who's that chick? And then you have the audacity to tell ME I act like Gaga is God and the only one who can have success?
And finally, that album that was the 2nd best-seller of 2009 and the best-seller of 2010...well it's 2011 and it's still #12.
Eat your heart out.

You said it well, in 2007, now in 2011 Lady Gaga is a bigger act than Rihanna.

Let's all focus our energy on worshipping P!nk's domination. Something we can all agree on, ya?

It was confirmed on Radio1 that count on me is the next single!Silly decision if you ask me, Marry you is a better pick and it's already charting.

Marry You was the perfect choice. I won't count COM yet though, pun intended and somesuch. It still has #1 potential. As long as Marry You gets released eventually I'm ok with it.
