RM is not flopping. RM is not a single for the purpose of going to #1 for 10 weeks. RM was sent to Urban and Urban only to get album sales and it's doing fine. It's #37 last time I checked and is climbing on a format that isn't Rihanna's home ground. Plus WMN? needed to peak on urban before RM could blow up.
