And what stanbase doesn't do this? There have been more Gaga and Bey threads opened on ATRL than Britney for over a year and a half now. Everyone posts gifs here obsessively and type in their own unique font color/size. The only thing that get some people extra mad is when some Brit stan go acting dumb and flamebaiting/trolling people into fights, but I can name at least five people from every stanbase who does the same thing.

Britney has traditionally always had high first week sales, dating back to the beginning of her career. She set a record in 2008 for the most digital copies sold in a week with Womanizer (286k) and then eventually had that broken by Taylor Swift with 325k. Now, Britney is only her way to breaking that record AGAIN. "3" had such an impressive first week of sales that it debuted #1 on the Hot 100, at the time it was the first song to do so in years. Now, Britney is on her way to joining Mariah Carey and Celine Dion as the only artists to ever have two singles debut back-to-back on the Hot 100 at #1 (3 and now HIAM). Questions?
As for that digital list you posted, Britney is holding steady with 18 million according (coming from that same source for that listing. Let us not forget she doesn't promote her singles properly for the digital charts to be of relevance to the stans.
