It wasn't sent to pop and it's pretty much flopping on urban so far. Urban would only take you so far anyway so they clearly didn't release RM for it to be a hit...they sent it to urban to get album sales.
Well I can only see Cheers being played in the club if its a mix made by a DJ. Meanwhile, OG doesnt even need a mix because it already has epic production on its own

I don't know but I think so! The song just screams WW hit, the MUSIC to her VOICE! OG was HUGE and is a better song, but S&M comes off as perfect for some reason, it's strange. Like when you think of POP song, S&M is just that, not too much, not to less!

and i wish cheers was a rock song.......
Cheers is hit or miss for me...though i enjoy it sometimes, releasing this song in the US would be a risk..imo.

He played OG (no mix) and it sounds just as good and fist pumpable
There are very few songs on the radio that can be played in clubs without a mix, but OG is a song that stands pretty well on its own. Its Euro House production already sounds like a lot of club mixes.

I know what you mean, the song itself screams club hit, same with S&M, doesn't even need a remix! But yes, OG sounded even better when it came on! I was like DAYUM How can you just stay still when that song comes on??
The song has already sold 150,000 copies worldwide without being released. Why wouldn't it be that big of a hit?
