"I don't think Lady Gaga is better than Ke$ha... "Bad romance" is definitely one the worst songs in history, and I think the Grammys did well not nominating it. I mean, 3, 4 or 5 years from now, you will notice how bad that song is (it's actually explicit in the title). Now everyone's obsessed with her, but people felt the same (or more) for the Spice Girls in their momentum

I think the Grammys will only allow so much. They don't want to lose total credibility and allow labels who are willing to pay to have their artists nominated for everything. She already had AOTY + 5 more...and her music is pretty old, it wasn't released this year.
