That's still pretty low, especially for a best of album from someone of such "legendary" status.
I guess Hikki picked the right time to retire since it seems Japan is over her...

Being lower than the other 3 divas does not equal bad. It just means she sold less. Each one of the diva's have been on the bottom before, it means nothing. The album would have to bomb for Utada to be considered doing badly compared to the others.

The Hikki stans must be hiding out of shame. If Hikki is flopping now I can't wait to see how she does after her hiatus.

All I will say is, we don't have the first week numbers yet. When we finally get them, then judgement can be passed.

If it turns out that it flops, oh well. In the end, no one can be famous forever. Legends like Mariah have flopped dreadfully before but NOTHING will take from their legacy.

If Utada's period of success is over I don't really care. Her sales mean nothing to me (though it would be nice if it sells consistently), only the music.
