Honestly, there's no other chick in the industry that could effortlessly slay the charts like that with absolutely no promo.

Fun fact #2: If downloads counted back then Toxic wouldve been a #1 and couldve topped the charts for more then 2-3 weeks.
Oh well I have no doubt Britney's new single from the new album will SLAY! If it's released in Jan for digital downloads I think she has a shot at doing 320-330k first week digitally in the US as well as being the only artist along with Mariah Carey to have 2 consecutive #1 debuts in Billboard history.
I still can't @ them leaving Christina Milian's voice on the chorus and how Jen used to lip-sync over her voice during live performances.

Totally agreed. If Britney actually promotes hardcore this era she could have 2-3 #1s on the Hot 100 as well as selling 6-10m albums worldwide. The possibilities are endless if she promotes. Circus sold 4m worldwide (1.7m US) on her name alone. It would take months and maybe even a year or two for Kesha, Katy, and Rihanna to do that with massive singles and loads of promo as well as more airplay.

Britney is a sales monster but her airplay is limited. Just imagine if she actually gets the same amount of airplay as Beyonce.
