I think the album release date will be picked once her team sees the success of the 1st single.

I'm sure she won't risk to release two singles before the album drops, just look at Katy, much anticipation, both singles hit #1 yet she didn't get to sell over 200k the first week. And same goes for Rihanna (which first-wek sales numbers aren't out yet, but I don't expect them to be any bigger than Katy's).

It's quite obvious. She has the whole of January to promote the sh*t out of the single. We will definitely have it before the end of the year. I'd say in 2, 3 weeks tops. Maybe as soon as her European leg ends.

And on her performing, she'll OBVIOUSLY do the Grammys. Bad Romance is a lock for SOTY, ROTY, Female Vocal and Video. She will perform it much like she did Poker Face last year. It'll be a big night for her. She'll probably do a medley of Born This Way and Bad Romance. (*orgasm*)
