Except you have no evidence which proves she has done it for her fans.
Thats what she wants to them to believe...
Seriously?
Why would she make such a low-budget video of this class as her final video before her hiatus and NOT have it meant for her fans? She even wrote out I Love You on a piece of paper. idk if you're just trolling but it needs to stop

We're actually being serious for once. Hikki obviously only did the video as an easy cop out and + the fact to make the fans believe she did it for them.
And why is everyone assuming this is just a dirty trick by her? She has never done something to extort money from her fans in the past. She even told her fans not to buy Utada the Best.

Surely she wants to take a break away from music, so wrapping it all up in a cheap low budget video which looked 10 minutes to film all makes sense...
If Ayumi, Koda, or Namie did the same thing, I wouldn't assume the worst like all of you are doing. This is a nice gesture, and I know that they're all artists and money is something they want, its not always about money.
Is it that hard to think that maybe, just maybe, Utada loves her fans
I'm sure more people were more disappointed, rather than blown away, with the "Goodbye Happiness" video.
Surely you'd give it your all and make give the fans something they wouldn't forget... But she gave them a terrible album cover, then "Hymne à l'amour" and finally a cheap video for "Goodbye Happiness" :-/
I am a fan and I don't see it at all.
I get how she incorporated her previous PV's into the video & yea that was cute but I still don't see how it's a treat to her fans.
