Week 8: Surplus' Internship & Link Game Loss
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM...

Team Surplus: [crickets]
Mr. Trump: [Let them in] on phone
Secretary: You may step in now. Project Manager sits in the middle.
[smiles]
[4 Surplus candidates enter Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: You guys did terrible! Your Project Manager was a lousy intern and was not respected by many of his teammates. Half of your team were horrible in the Missing Links. How did you lose to Cosmo when one of their members was astonishingly inactive? Now who's the liability and who needs to leave tonight?
Mr. Trump: Anyone can answer my question above.
fiercE: I think the only mistake my teammates did is putting their teammates' name in the links game .
SiXo: Well our PM wasn't that much of a help, I mean he should have some plan or something...But no, it was all the same, he was bad just as he was on task 2.
quiqui4eva: I do not think anyone made any mistakes. fiercE should go home, he did fine as a captain, but based on "The Apprentice" comments, he did not do anything to help the person he worked with.
SiXo: Project Manager fiercE is ready to go home. WHY? Well let's just say I was not able to track how did other do so I can only say for fiercE who was PM...And yes he was BAD!
fiercE: Mr Trump, I took a lot of time (when I'm online) and well I did okay but anyways I think they can be a better PM than me.
simon2011: No idea Mr. Trump

NONE should go home, because we should win
none will be fired or sent home.
Mr. Trump: BUT your team lost and there has to be failure.
Jay (fiercE), what happened to your internship?
fiercE: Didn't you read my report?
This week I work for Satellites on his The Color game. Basically I advertised his game, Counted the Off Votes, and recently sent some messages to the contestant about the Update.
Mr. Trump: I don't see any confirmation from sates!!
fiercE: I was supposed to update the game but then it was kinda late to update it anyways. Well anyways
Mr. Trump: Anyways what.. youre flopping again.
fiercE: I'm a flop that never been on that Final BR.
Mr. Trump: First time for everything huh!
Jay (fiercE) as project manager, how did each member on your team do?
fiercE: SiXo - IDK what happened to him.
simon2011 - he is the only one who's on on the linking game and he finished the reports early

quiqui4eva - he's okay, but i think remeese do all the work on his thingy thing
quiqui4eva: I mostly put in like 30 minutes a day. I did pretty good in both challenges.
simon2011: I did pretty good with my internship & hard-working in the missing link games, and since I got a good Final Report from my Employer, I see that I deserve the success in this task!
SiXo: 
I have done AMAZING! I really work my ass of for promotion of the game, and I am more then happy with work I have done for my boss. I put around 3 days...
Mr. Trump: Surplus members, was your team captain a good leader?
SiXo: fiercE was meh, meh...He was like you should work, blah blah blah...He didn't told us how to work, or what to do, and it was really hard for me...No he was NOT a good leader. I mean he told me to don't vote off in that game Edi...I mean HOW IN THE NAME OF GOD can he tell me that??? He is in Cosmo...It is not the way leader lead..
60-74% NOT TOO GREAT
simon2011: He did PM, his communication is ok, average leader, no plan
I think because again the task is simply based on how individual works for his/her internship.... and awareness of the missing link games.....
I give him a 75-89% GREAT JOB mostly because this task is so individual.

He did good and checked on us like every day! That's how a true captain works! He did communicate, and made sure that all of our teammates were being active and doing what they were supposed to be tired.
Mr. Trump: Okay, good enough let's move on..

I chose SiXo (Zeljko) and Matthew (quiqui4eva).
Mr. Trump: That means Simon (simon2011) you are safe and may return to the suites and relax.
Jay (fiercE), SiXo (Zeljko), and Matthew (quiqui4eva), I will see you back here in the boardroom tomorrow. Somebody will be FIRED.
