There were three versions of Thriller charting and before the freeze two of them were in the top 200, so I'm not surprised no particular version hit the top 30.

Anyway, my iTunes doesn't load (or wasn't loading as of a few hours ago), and if it's not just me that WOULD effect sales. The question is how much.

Why should they care? Whether the people who actually care about the rankings (i.e. some obsessive ATRL users) can see an updated chart or not, iTunes is still selling music. And that's all that matters: making money.
