I was going to say a week before that for them both (22nd & 29th) but the AMA's are on the 21st and they could take some of the hype away from the premiere
That's true with regard to the AMA's. TBH I don't mind when she releases it as long as it goes to #1 in the US and the UK. She won't have much time to promote it this year.

I'm sort of worried about the US but I think she'll be OK. I'm not sure how she's going to perform without any promo, but then again Ke$ha is #1 now and she hasn't done any promotion yet. It's different this year than last year when she released BR. BR was released when Paparazzi was still performing well, people are far more eager for new material from GaGa now. Hopefully first week sales will reflect that.

Now,Born This Way is very hyped,she has plenty plenty of fans,and people are wanting new Gaga...

to me or she pulls out huge numbers 800 k or even 1 million or she flops ( 110-150k)
