Twitter has some ignorant folks too. There was a discussion on twitter about should gay people adopt. This one person said "No they shouldn't they are going to make the kids gay and it's not right to be gay" so I tweeted to that person saying "you are are a dummy"
People like that are probably gay themselves and they are afraid to come out, so as a cover up they hate on gay people. To not make it look like that are not gay . That is what I believe. If you are straight then you would not care about anyone's sexuality.
Like that guy that filmed that dude having sex with another dude. He probably have some skeletons in his closet.
I am straight and I don't care if you are gay or bi.

But the line was crossed. That applies when it's not crossing the boundaries of affecting other people. When you say it to your friend, yeah whatever. But when you put it out there like that then it becomes offensive to almost everyone you know. (hopefully anyway)

Regardless of what they are saying and how they are saying it, it's beyond unethical to expose 3rd parties' identities and/or point them as targets on a public forum -especially without their knowledge- That was just low and repulsive...

They're from Oklahoma, a Southern state. Of course the majority of them are going to be strongly against gays. It's what
their redneck
parents are teaching them to believe. Also if you search for them on Facebook, some of them still show up and they look like complete
toolbags
in their profile pictures.

Hate is hate in all shapes and forms. This is not about being gay, black, asian, muslim, old or "INSERT ADJECTIVE HERE" etc. Some of posts in this thread are about as judgemental, ignorant and furious as what they are complaining about...

That's not the point because they have every right to pissed off.
Again, no one is going to go out of their way to actually harm these ignorant individuals.
