she has been recording music since march . she is making the final touches. we all know how gAGA is a perfectionist .

she had a lot of time for this album. hopefully it will be good

Me either, I just get annoyed when she says something and then goes back on it - she tends to do that. It's confusing, as it is now because we have no clue if the album is really finished or not.

She doesn't have to use all the songs she has recorded, she could be saving some of her current recordings for future releases. The album might be finished, but that doesn't mean she's going to stop recording. It's better to continue making music whilst you're inspired.

So true, the description of the album makes it sound like it will flop, but if the songs are good, then everything is ok

I kind of agree, as popular as she appears to be now it could vanish rapidly. She's worked so hard so that would be a shame, but honestly I can't see her failing. BTW may not match the success of TFM but I can't see it flopping.

Not necessarily.

She says it's liberation, an album full of club-bangers could qualify as that, among other things.

Plus it's Gaga, if she could argue that "Telephone" is about your fears, anything goes.

i discovered jewel recently. she was even bigger than gaga ( and talented) in the usa and now she isn't relevant at all.

paula abdul had 6 number 1 on billboard hot 100 and now...

alanis morisette is another singer who disappeared.

gaga had a huge impact but she can't count on that "beauty appeal" that singers like kesha or rihanna or katy perry have ( hope you see what i mean)

Even if she does flop ever throughout her career and can't get back on track, she'll never stop making music for her most loyal fans. Who knows, maybe she'll be playing a small jazz club in NYC 10 years from now for her most loyal fans, or she'll be a legend.
