A Grammy nomination is a great achievement, even if she doesn't win. Of course a win is even BETTER, but to be nominated is still good (especially since she only has 8 nominations). Not being considered at all is worse than losing IMO.

Same here. We could say besides debuting at #1 in Billboard it was had grammy nomination! And I think 3 would easily be nominated for Best Dance Record Jive sometimes annoys me.
