This reminds me a lot of the situation with Only Girl. The songs are hot but they're just... nothing new.
But see...that was a huge difference for Rihanna.
Shes never had that Euro-pop sound, only DSTM, but that wasnt even that big of a sound.
But this sounds like every other of Ke$ha's songs, so its different.
The song is from a re-release, that's probably why they went for a safe option. She didn't want to change her sound too much so that the whole package would fit together nicely. They could have taken more risks, but it's almost guaranteed to be a hit so they didn't have to.
I think the only thing that saves the song is the chorus. Bc she sings the verses like YLIMD's bridge. But then again this autotune rap/singing is her signature.
Bitch, Rihanna has had 7 Number Ones.
Ke$ha has had one.
Only two of those 7 songs had auto-tune.
Ke$has who discography has auto-tune, and Only Girl is still increasing.

I'm a little let down. =/ The beats seem like a cross of Only Girl and Tik Tok, and I totally agree with whoever said a lot of the verses are weak. It starts off killer, and then after the first trip to the chorus it's a let down.... Oh well. It'll grow on me.
