Gaga has decent rhythmic support. Just Dance, LoveGame, Paparazzi, and Bad Romance did pretty well there.
As long as the song can slay on pop it doesn't matter as long as rhythmic support is at least OK. Look at Cali Gurls.

You are exactly right. So most of her singles will stay for about 2-3 weeks the MOST without any rhythmic to back her up

Yes, but Cali Gurls peaked at no.1 for weeks on HAC with 4000+ spins, that certainly helped it along with her digital sales and 13,000+ pop spins and her 150M+ audience impressions. Gaga will not get a top 10 on HAC with her current style, and if that is the case, she will not top the charts for long because she only has pop radio backing her.
