Sorry to say this but it probably won't be #1... exclusive iTunes singles are almost NEVER #1. See Mine (granted, it was released a day late but still probably wouldn't have made much of a difference) which was #3, and this isn't even an official single, just promo.
What don't you get about the fact that it's an exclusive iTunes release and has not been serviced to radio?
Like a G6 is ahead in sales in that cap, not to mention they have very strong airplay. And Kanye's sales have gained since, not to mention he has radio play and the VMA boost supporting the new single.
I feel sorry for them.
