Billboard confirmed her album was coming out November 30th and so did amazon. Now Amazon is saying December 14th. She doesn't want to reveal a date because she knows it's gonna get pushed back. This era is so messy.
uh Billboard most likely got the date from amazon because they did the same thing when amazon had the date as October 5th.... and ciara already stated that a date had not been set and all the ones being put out are false.
She's probably gonna announce to date on her ustream this sunday since they finally established
