[Simon, Rigel, Fatima, and Marnie entered Mr. Trump's Boardroom]
Mr. Trump: My mind is all made up now no further questions are needed.
Mr. Trump: Half of you I've already seen in the last final boardroom. Some of you would keep on failing if I don't put an end to Cosmo loosing streak right now. All four of you failed miserably!!!
A tough decision to make now!
Simon2011, you managed your team extremely well and you're the kind of guy who gets along with just about anybody. The question is would you get along with Mr. Trump while working for my company?! There is denial that you are a hardworking person and you could bring great potential to Cosmo. But is it enough to keep you in this game as I witnessed the amount of complains you do. Even Fatima said in the last task that you complained to much.
UnusualBoy, you tried minimumly in this sales task. I noticed you had two renters while one car was successful while the other rent was voided. That was one lucky deal you made or not you would be in the bottom of this week ranking. You did a good job in previous tasks but nothing exceptional. You failed this week.
fatty, I just don't get you at all. One week you're doing fine and another week you bombed. And this week you bombed big time. Your record shows that you lost as project manger in Task 2: Currency Exchange. You have great potential but you're not working at it and I must say this week you let everyone in your team down. You failed too.
Marnie, in the last two final boardrooms we have one filler in the group and that person I wouldn't fire because in my opinion they are not the reason why the team lost. However, for you this week I don't think you are a filler at all. Even though you tried but you're making too many mistakes, by not planning at all. Unlike Rigel and Fatima, who didn't try at all, you tried but failed. I'm questioning my choice to re-admit you into The Apprentice a few weeks ago.
Moment of truth ...
Mr. Trump: Fatima, you hardly attend this thread at all and failed to contirbute in car rentals. You led Cosmo to its first loss and failed to manage your team in task 2. Now a terrible job this week by your inactivity. Nevertheless, you're a very kind person and I know you will go very far. But this game is just not for you. The competition is getting tougher and I don't see you improving at all in order to help your fellow Cosmo teammates.
And for that I must say you've got to go.

SiXo, you made the whole team, and even the people who are currently not on it (like myself), who are sitting in the sidelines (or in my case, BanLand), so proud. 
You guys did amazing and this task was MADE for you. You are all amazing people and continue to own this game week by week, nobody else deserves it but you guys.

since after Task 1, when Cosmo did too well, then you took 2 Cosmo members away and put them into Surplus. I was like WTF!!
