[QUOTE=jone631;4344834]Rihanna only at #75
It's a VERY GOOD debut cuz it was based only on airplay. All the sales will go for next week.. So, sit down

If OG ever hits #1, it'll be Rihanna's second back-to-back singles
Don't start the LTWYL isn't Rihanna song ****, because you know it is.

Which Rihanna album is it on? Did Rihanna have any writing credits? She sounds like the hook girl to me.

*Goes to iTunes..*
9. Love the Way You Lie (feat. Rihanna) - Eminem
*Goes to UK iTunes...*
5. Love the Way You Lie - Eminem & Rihanna
Yes, yes. It's Eminem song, but she's featured on it, and according to Billboard, and everybody who isn't bitter about Rihanna being in the song: it's her song, too. Everywhere outside the US, it says Eminem & Rihanna.

Yes, it's her song, TOO. Rihanna isn't the lead artist, so I don't know why her fans try to make it like it's all about Rihanna. In the end, it's on Em's album; it's selling Em's album. It was co-written by Em. So, it's more his song than it is hers.

When a song features someone, both the lead artist & featured artist get credit for the song. LTWYL is Eminem's third #1 (others: Lose Yourself, Not Afraid) & Rihanna's 7th #1 (others: SOS, Umbrella feat. Jay-Z, Take a Bow, Disturbia, Live Your Life feat. Rihanna, & Rude Boy)

I know who gets the credit. That is not the argument tho. Like I said, it's more Eminem's song than Rihanna's for obvious reasons.

Doesn't matter. At the end of the day, if OG hits #1, it'll be Rihanna's second back-to-back #1, even if Eminem is the lead artist of LTWYL.

Good for her. I never denied that. Hopefully, she gets a #1 album, tho. She's kinda missing that from the equation.

debatable.
Let's face it, part of the "wow" factor of this song is that this is Rihanna singing about an abusive relationship. The amount of time they spend singing on the track is a few seconds of each other. Rihanna definitely has a track record of features where they are significantly more successful than anything the lead has done recently prior.
I understand people who might argue that a verse or couple second vocal addition isn't grounds for totally deserving equal credit - but in all of Rihanna's cases she's the focus of the song, both in marketing and actual content of the song, just as much as the "lead".

No kidding.
I remember when I first started following ATRL and the big debate for the week she released Rated R was if she or GaGa would be number one that week. Then, Susan Boyle crushes them both, and even Adam freaking Lambert bests them both.
I was not very happy that week with the chart performance of RiRi and GaGa (and especially Shakira).
But the music was incredible.
