If she did Monster my heart would stop beating. I love that song so much and wish it was a single so badly. The music video would have been beyond epic.

They may as well rename the VMAs to the LGAs though...she's definitely the show this year. People are more excited to see her and what she's wearing than most of the performers or any other part of the show

You should want it to be all about her. It says a lot about her impact. It was her year, she should perform.

The night is already all about her so they should just go all the way with it. Her fans want to see her perform. Read Gaga Boards, Twitter, ONTD, FameMB, etc. They want to see her perform so they should give the fans what they want.
