Not to me, she always looked like she didn't care what she was wearing or what her hair looked like...she changed up now and looks refreshing

Maybe you've been living under a rock or something, but Britney has looked and dressed 10x better than this several times within the past 2 years..
(i wouldnt even put this in the top 10 best looks shes had in recent years)

do you mean just in candids or like in complete general ?
because she had both amazing candids and she looked stunning in all her music vidoes/performances so on.
She had great candids look througth this thread or just google
